PHILADELPHIA - The 121st Penn Relays will see members of Temple's track and field team competing all three days, from April 23-25 at Franklin Field on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania. Competition will start for the Owls Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the high jump and 400m hurdles championship.
