NEW ORLEANS - Temple's men's and women's cross country teams have both been recognized with NCAA Division I Team Academic Awards by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) for the 2015 season.

Temple University took center stage at Monday night's Philadelphia Sportswriters Banquet, as the Temple football team, senior linebacker Tyler Matakevich, and senior runner Blanca Fernandez were all honored at the 112th annual event.
